I've had urological surgery five years ago and I have nerve damage that I was told it would go away. Now, I left with numbness that might be permanent. I had other surgeries and the numbness slowly got better. Unfortunately, the numbness from the urologic surgery let me numb in 60% of the penis and the area above my pubic bone. I'm unable to have an orgasm or ejaculate. I just cry. The frustration is too much. I don't know what to do.

Contact an urologist and tell him everything. He knows what to do.
I have numbness there from time to time myself but mine seemed to be from a pinched nerve. The chiropractor helped somewhat but the best treatment I found is with an experienced myofascial release therapist. The one I go to figured out that my pelvic floor was too tight and worked on the psoas or hip flexor muscles—actually pressing her hands on my lower abdomen nearly all the way to my back.
You can also do stretching exercises there but I found having it done for me is much easier. And, I might add sex is amazing afterwards as it seems like every little nerve ending is alive and receptive as it’s supposed to be.
Best wishes.
