Hi. I hope this is the right forum but been wanting to no this for some time so hope some of you can give any info. For about 3 years I have been day dreaming loads and this last year been getting worse. The daydreams happen anytime but mainly when music is playing or be for I go to bed. I watched a film the other night called Mindscape AKA (ANNA) which made me look into as a symptom came up Borderline Personality Disorder in the film. I knew I didn't have that but I just searched this in google and something came up called Maladaptive daydreaming while searching and sounds exactly what happening. I no whats real and whats not but the feeling of these day dreams seem so real.

Thanks for any info.
