Chronic Pelvic Pain in Males
Pelvic floor exercises for men are quite straight forward. You can find all you need to know on the internet through a search engine. Start off gentle and build up...no pain....just muscle movements....very useful and can be a quick fix for incontinence etc.
My sympathies. Chronic Prostatitis is a really tough, annoying thing to go through - it takes a lot to shake it, no one wants to really address it, and in many ways you're really on your own. I hope you've got a sympathetic doctor and medical team. For the same reason finding other patients stories can be really helpful - this first person story posted by Harvard medical school really packs a lot of info harvardprostateknowledge.or...
Hope it helps. It will eventually go!
I had a bout of prostatitis many years ago and if yours is causing the same symptom of an almost unbearable sensation you certainly have my sympathy. I was given medication which eventually cleared it up. I was however told it never completely goes away, but I've only had very limited effects since. The consultant told me the symptoms can vary on different people.
