Big shout out to the smooth operation of the out patients department at Scarborough hospital.

I had an appointment at 9.00am today.

By 9.15 I'd had my BP taken, excellent 116 over 66, height and weight measurements done and an ECG carried out.

At 9.30 I was sat with the cardiologist for a 15 minute chat and was signed off never to hopefully see them again.
