Hi guys! As my subject says, I'm here for my (very young) 80 year old dad. He had a quadruple bypass surgery on September 10th and experienced some a-fib but has had a normal rhythm since returning home.
I am worried because he's regressing physically and struggling mentally. When he came home from the hospital he was walking around and doing pretty well. Now, he's shuffling and using a cane.. he can barely go up and down stairs.
His tests and numbers look great but it's as if he's going backwards and has ages a decade in the past week.
He goes to his cardiologist on Wednesday and will be starting cardio therapy soon after.
I'm worried. Is this normal?

Thank you. We discovered that my daddy has a brain tumor and that was causing his problems. 😢 His whole life has been shaken and the heart concerns seem so small now. Thanks for your support, nevertheless.
