All the time, since OHCA last July. no one has satisfactory answer. Like u been to A&E / GP numerous times, ECG, bloods, x ray etc. Omnipresent some times barely notice other times so bad I'm in state of panic!

I accept some is psychological but still underlying aches & pains!

Here are a few other things that may or may not effect this: 1. Gastrointestinal issues. Sometimes the when matter or gas is passing through large intestine on the left side of the body it can put pressure on the heart and make you feel the things you are feeling. 2. Stress can make your muscles in your chest and back tighten also making you feel those things. 3. This one is a big one - when we are magnesium deficient it makes our muscles tense, sometimes can even cause cramping or aching. Do some research on magnesium as I would be surprised if you are not deficient. In fact when I was in the ICU after surviving cardiac arrest (plus grand mal seizure and anoxic brain injury) they were giving me magnesium in my IV. I have since taken it orally, about 600-800 mg per day, spread out over the day, everyday and it has helped me tremendously. You'll need to find out what works best for you. 4. I found another thing that contributed to these type of symptoms for me was the fact that my body was operating from Nor-epinephrine most of the time causing me all kinds of intense reactions (fast heart rate, wildly high blood pressure), instead of Dopamine. What causes this is my stress levels and trying to do too much too fast and not taking time out for self. I needed to do breathing exercises, meditation, do creative things that I loved, Tai-Chi, and other relaxing things. 5. One huge error in judgement I made was thinking and depending that the doctors could figure out what was going on, they couldn't and didn't. You have to be your own best doctor after the doctors have failed you. Keep looking, asking questions, explore all alternatives until you find what works for you. Hopefully something in my post can be of help. I wish you well on your journey to figure it out. Best wishes.

Yes I have chest , arm and back pain every day and I always think its a heart attcak . By the way I am a total ocd person and I have always had a fear of death. Been to doctors and never find anything wrong with me, I have put myself through some many doctors apt for nothing ...

Panic attacks every day!!
