Hi arty_sax , I had a virus 2 weeks after my heart attack and couldn't keep anything down. I was on exactly the same meds you have.GP said to take them as soon as I could keep water down. Off them all for 3 days. Is it possible for you to phone your gp for advice? Hope you feel better soon and can enjoy the rest of your holiday.
