Hello

I am a 66 year old male , first heart problems at 38 / 39 . Cardiac arrest at 65 , and heart attack 3 weeks ago. Leaving in Cyprus to recover from the previous event 18 months ago !!! .

I relate - heart attack/ischemic event at 50, workaholic until cardiac arrest, grand mal seizure, and anoxic brain injury at 62. Now 3 years later. What the hell happened. Never thought I would have experienced any of this. Hope you're healing well. Enjoy Cyprus.

Hi, our cases may be different, but i'd be keen to understand what your problems were when you were 38/39.

I'm 46, very fit and healthy lifestyle but had an out of hospital cardiac arrest just over 6 weeks ago. A massive shock with plenty of anxiety to cope with. all my life i've watched what i eat and exercised. so i feel like an unfair victim!

clearly i'm very concerned about the future albeit i have 2 stents and suffered no heart damage, so in theory they are telling me as good as new - whatever that means,

trouble is various professionals have differing views over future exercise & long term medication.
