Exactly, like severe heartburn. Not pain in any sense of the word!

I had pain in my chest, shoulder blades felt like someone had whacked me hard and my left arm felt like it was pulsating my neighbor found me face down in the yard barely breathing , my second one was after I had a seizure and pain in my stumic kept knocking me out. The third one I thought I was have a panic disorder all I knees I needed help. A week in the hospital and went home with oxygen and a sleep apnea machine. I was told it was brought on by stress. Luckily no damage but I watch every thing I eat, keep my stress down and dropped weight. Hopefully that is that.
