I've cracked it. A sole vitamin of B12 slow release in the morning, and a magnesium after your ev s ning meal .

It's good to hear that you have found a solution which works for you but unfortunately this is extrememly unlikely to work for everyone with RLS. Nevertheless, thank you for sharing and I wish you continued luck with your remedy.

Oh if only it was that simple but glad it works for you , I have tried B12 slow release with no effect but on the other hand read some where that B12 could make RLS worse so i have gave up on them

Glad it works from you but have to agree with the others that it's really not that simple for most of us and that's why we have to take medication rather than vitamin supplements. A defficiency in the B vitamin won't help but we all know it is essential to get all our vitamins. Thank you for sharing with us though and hope it keeps working for you.
