Is Mag.phos ok use for restless legs?

I assume you are talking about magnesium phosphate? magnesium citrate is the best one, but mag

is for mostly muscle cramps, as they are muscular, and RLS is neurological. It will NOT bother RLS, and could help, so harm, no fould. You will know if you take too much if you end up with loose stools. :o)

It won't hurt you, but it's very unlikely it will help you. Studies have yet to show that any vitamin, supplement, or mineral does anything. Unless, of course, you have a deficiency to begin with.

Did anyone get checked by the doctor for lack of vitamins?

Is there a test for that so we know if we need mag or whatever?
