Hello again peeps (it's a shortened version of "people" for those of you unfamiliar with the British pseudo-Greek comic character Stavros). I got a reply from my MP the other day. He has written to the local PCT (Primary Care Trust - the local/regional bodies in the UK's NHS that hold the purse-strings) to ask for their response. As other people on this site have mentioned, this will be a long process but I hope to get something positive, even if it's a recognition that such blacklists exist when they shouldn't. I have also just discovered that the full effects of the present Government's new legislation won't come into practice until 2013, so we have some time yet to find out all the details, organise and campaign. Onwards! All the best to all of you, Tpebop, Kent, Britain.

Brill, you are doing a grand job not just for yourself but it should help us all.
If they admit that such blacklists exits, then i guess the next question should by why and why are they allowed when they are unoffical.
Good to know we have time to hopefully get something done before the deadline.
I hope i will have some news to post, i am sure my letter has got lost by the Royal Mail..lol.
