Sheffield Adult Neurological Sleep Service will give iron infusions.

Getting an iron infusion on the NHS is difficult and very dependent on the expertise and knowledge of the head of haematology at each hospital.Several UK haematology departments are now aware of the link between low brain iron/low serum ferritin/RLS.

I know someone on here has managed to get an iron infusion in Sheffield.

A private infusion costs around £800 via the Iron Clinic in Harley Street and Manchester. And I think they do a pop up clinic in Leeds.
