OTC loratadine ,Cetirizine or allegra (Fexofenadine, Telfast) are antihistamines that can help or prescription Desloratadine.

If you are only experiencing the itching after 3 years, it is unlikely to be due to the Bup.
Most side effects would manifest within the first few weeks of use.
What else has happened in your medications or other recently?
Nothing new. I may be taking more paracetamol lately for breakthroughs. No more than 3 or 4 a day. Could that be the cause?

It may be the glue.. ? Can you ask the pharmacist or prescriber?
