Email notifications changed time?

Email notifications changed time?

My newsfeed used to arrive so I could check them in the morning (part of my routine!) but now they’re not coming till the afternoon (UK time) has it changed for everyone?

Mine come on time. Report it to support. Click on Help Center at bottom left of any post in the black section and then on ASK Send a Message panel pops up

Are you using a VPN connection, Islay?

Thank you! I don’t know what a VPN is :-) we use BT internet.

It’s only changed within the last week, so strange!

Must be a little annoying for you. I have sent a message to HU Support and asked them to liaise with you direct. Hopefully you will hear on Monday or even before perhaps? 🤞🤞

I know it’s such a small thing, but I really enjoy keeping up to date with the posts and when they come in the afternoon I then sometimes don’t get a chance to read them and then it gets overwhelming.

Totally understand. The morning is a much more convenient time to receive the HU Email Notifications. Hopefully it will soon be sorted for you. 🙏

I’m in US and used to get my emails every night between 10 and 11 PM. Now they come in sporadically at various times of the day. There were a couple days where I didn’t receive HU email at all. This started happening about a week ago.

Sorry to hear this. I have heard nothing from HU on this matter yet.

So that HU can determine if this is a wider bug, would Islay9 Birdland Matmmhg7 be so kind as to let me know what time their daily digests arrive tomorrow. I can then forward this information on to HU.

Anyone else having problems, let me know and also what time you are receiving your daily digests and which country you live in.

Hi Kaarina. It looks like for the past 2 days I have received the HU emails at the same time on both days. Approximately 5am US Pacific Standard Time. It's different than before, but as long as I receive the emails each day, and around the same time. I'm happy. Thank you!

hiya! Today they arrived at the “new layer time” of 13:20 UK time. Whereas before they would arrive at around 06:00.

Thank you islay and for being patient. I have heard from all three of you and will pass on the information to HU Support. The other two live in the US and you in the UK. Interesting!

Unfortunately the situation has not yet been resolved. I received the following (not very helpful) message from HU Support this afternoon.

"I have spoken to the technical team and confirmed that we are experimenting with timezone email delivery, so some are likely being identified with a USA timezone.

We will keep you posted on changes."
