You would be best to post this in the healthUnlocked community Pain Concern.
You should be fine taking most painkillers.I take a small dose of pregabalin with my opioid Buprenorphine.

Paracetamol and opioids can be taken with pregabalin- BUT your GP should monitor for possible respiratory depression. If you get any breathing issues- stop the painkillers.
