I have been reading the most informative & easy to read book on Restless Legs which I feel anyone with this condition should keep as a reference as so helpful in understanding - Navigating Life with Restless Legs Syndrome by A drew R.Spector - it may already have been mentioned on this forum but I urge any sufferers to read it as comforting to know someone who has an in depth understanding of what we go through so cannot recommend it highly enough .
Brilliant book : I have been reading... - Restless Legs Syn...
Brilliant book
It was mentioned I before. healthunlocked.com/rlsuk/po... but doesn't hurt to mention it again.πππ
Yes- he's good ,isn't he ?πππ
I love the dedication: "This book is dedicated to my patients past, present and future who have taught me more about restless legs syndrome than any book or journal ever could, RLS is treatable. You need not suffer."
Hes great. And I've recommended the book to everyone I know.
It's not available on amazon in the US yet. I checked the library and it is on order and already 3 people have put it on hold.
I bought it on Amazonβ¦
It was a Christmas present from a friend & I have ordered another 3 for family members but so far only got one delivered as out of stock @ moment- obviously a very popular book !!
Thank you, I have just ordered it from WH Smith
Finally! I wpuld love to see this made into a documentary. Getting word out in popular media ie books, songs, etc. is when things will start tochange for us.
I got it on Amazon US, although I did have to wait a couple weeks for it.
My only issue with it is that he is not as firmly against DAs as the Mayo algorithm and many other doctors. He uses the old statistic that 30% of users will augment.
But everything else is quite good and informative.
Thank you for sharing this, I will definitely be buying that.
