I have but it didn't help unfortunately 😕. I also tried something called an alpha stim it clips to your ears and sends electrical waves. That helped a little bit. I tried the alpha stim and synopsis out of desperation as all the medications I tried didn't help at all.

My sister is a hypnotherapist and tried to help me with my restless legs through hypnosis therapy and it didn't work. I have used free meditation (YouTube) for many years which will get me off to sleep.

That’s interesting can you recommend any particular site on You Tube ? I am going to look into hypnotherapy anyway, see what they say. Thanks again for replying

Jason Stephenson is pretty good. I also listen to a Christian meditation called Encounter! Ideally you will get one that lasts all night, so you are less likely to kick yourself awake. I have started using an app called "Clean Tube" which has no disruptive adds. I can keep it running all night:) Needless to say that I sleep alone!

I also have a congested nose. I discovered since using an Olbas nasal stick (deep breaths) is helping me sleep.

It's the little things...! Hope I have given you some help!

Thanks again that’s great. Will give them a try. Just been looking at a company called Sleepstation recommended and sometimes paid for by the NHS. Good reviews and although it’s 295 you can get a grant for 130 towards it. I’ll give the meditations a go first though.

Thanks again

I use an app called Insight Timer which has a good free option. Also a timer function. Many different talks and meditations, and you can build up your own library.

It really helps with sleep, but unfortunately can't talk over the restlessness.

I highly recommend it.

Good luck.

I presume you have tried tiny drop of melatonin, or biting a third of a tablet of Stilnoct-- yes 1/3rd- it is a hypnotic , and just enough to get you over that little threshold of sleep barrier.

You're welcome!😂🍀💚
