Serum Ferritin levels advice

I constantly read that serum ferritin levels are important with RL S & have just had blood tests where mine have come back as 204 ug/L & normal range is from 15-150...should I be worried as not seeing Dr until January & is there anything I need to do ??Grateful for any feedback as on 100mg of Pregabalin with inconsistent help in sleeping but can't increase without specialist agreeing.

TSAT is transferrin saturation percentage and should be between 20 and 45.
