If you have the time and it's not a financial burden i think it's worth the experience.
Yes, three times. In a certain way, they represented a rebirthing in my lates 64. Then, after, once on a CPAP, I would not need never more. Pretty much everything you need come from daily analyses of a SD card data set in the machine.

About 4 years ago. Spent the night hooked up to a machine with a million and one wires attached (not conducive to a comfortable sleep) but the night passed OK . The results were a bit inconclusive, mild sleep apnoea but not enough for further treatment, and RLS for which I was prescribed ropinirole - enough said, tried for a couple of weeks, thought it was ineffective and dropped it before it got its claws into me. Verdict - tried hard, could do better (them, not me 😉).
