Hello everyoneI was wondering if anyone has tried the grownding mat or sheets?

Apparently it's great for a lot of condition and improve sleep.

People with pain condition see them diminishing or disappear.

People with diabetes are improving a lot.

Apparently it also reduces lymphodemia on legs..

Has anyone tried?

Does it really work?

Many thanks

This came up recently -- I'm sure there will be a conversation on it in the search facility.?

I wasted more of my money on a grounding sheet.I plugged it in and used it for weeks. I also walked barefoot on the grass.

I was desperate. I tried EVERYTHING.

It made zero difference.

RLS is a neurological disease caused by low brain iron, poorly functioning dopamine receptors and spinal cord damage.

I wouldn't waste your money, unless they have a money back guarantee if it doesn't work.

I haven’t found it to work, either, or not appreciably, but atmospheric electricity definitely influences my RLS big time, and apparently the same goes for the RLS sufferers I know because I can always tell them when they’ve had particularly bad nights. Right before a thunderstorm is the worst there is.

So theoretically, grounding might help (as it directs the flow of positive ions into the negatively charged earth.)

Just as another data point for you; I bought a grounding sheet and it made no difference to me. I might as well have spent it on bubble gum.

It did not improve my RLS.

Not so much! I use the mat in my bed with the Metallic Sheet and I have a pad that I stand on most mornings and evenings. Maybe there is a difference but it's real small.

Hi as I speak to you know I am lying on my sheet and pillow case I have found them to work on my fibro and do help you to sleep I have had mine nearly a week know and my pain has been less and it's help keeping me calm as I am going through a lot of stress as my husband has got parkinsonism and dementia and with me being disabled with a lot of illnesses I am going through hell and so I have had a lot of bad fibro flares they are putting him in respite to give me a break but when they do I will be on my own I have no one to come and stay with me even my sons won't stay making up all excuses I am 73 so I will just have to get on with it but on another note the sheet and pillow case do work I got mine from amazon my pain is still there but it's like in the background which to my relief and also they take the inflammation down and a lot more so I say give it a try, there is no electricity involved just the earth Google it and find out it's worth a go good luck sending fibro hugs 🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🙏💐X.
