Yes. It's listed on every RLS help site as triggering or worsening RLS.

Hi, sorry to buck the trend, I take it in the evening (with other meds, see previous question on Duloxetine) and have no issues. As a stand alone med it may not be the same though.

OMG,! Yes, absolutely! I was put on it last week. I’m also on 10mg oxycodone. I hardly knew which way up I was. Am furious with my GP for putting me on it. Mirtazapine and Oxycodone should not be prescribed together. My RLS was unbearable. All that day and night I was in a very bad state.
