Grounding

Hello lovely people, has anyone tried Grounding mats or sheets to help with RLS? They seem to be the rage at the moment. Not cheap so I'm looking for advice. Thank you.

Yes; I bought and tried them under the theory: "I've got to find something that works before I blow my brains out." Well, I wasted my money, but I still have my brains intact because I found Dr. Buchfuhrer, whose low-dose (10mg per day) methadone prescription has kept me sleeping like a baby for 8 hours a day for the past 5 years.

What sold me was the pictures of wound healing using grounding pads (see article). I use the grounding sheet with a special bed sheet and a grounding pad to stand on and haven't noticed any great difference in sleep. But, if I discontinue use, it might offer some insight into it's effectiveness.
