Mom's taking these now.

My moms taking these now. She says the only thing that helps is madopar and she takes that at night. But sometimes she takes one earlier and one later at night. It knocks her out just enough to sleep 2 to 4 hours. She says she has been bad for days.

I don't know what to say.We've advised you that dopamine agonists are causing her very severe RLS.

She's on twice the maximum dose of Pramipexole AND Madopar.

The poor woman will be suffering terribly.

She needs expert help, from a doctor that understands augmentation.

She will need opioids to help her off the Pexola and the Madopar.

She will NEVER get relief until she slowly gets off both.
