I am permanently moving to Spain in a few months and would appreciate some advice from any expats already living there.
I am still battling to have buprenorphine prescribed here in the UK. I currently take a lot of medications to control my RLS and I would like to reduce them before my move and just take Buprenorphine.
Does anyone in Spain take Buprenorphine for RLS and how easy, or hard was it to get a px? Or, did you need to have it initially prescribed in the UK?
Many thanks
Nicola

Another possibility is Anuska-aespi in Alicante (president of the ASOCIACION ESPAÑOLA DE SINDROME DE PIERNAS INQUIETAS = RESTLESS LEGS SYNDROME ASSOCIATION). Like Arjiji she hasn't posted or replied here for a while, but they may still visit and respond to tagging or to a Chat message... Good luck!
For a doctor: Diego García-Borreguero is the Director of the Sleep Research Institute in Madrid, Spain 34 911 53 87 23 mentioned by Joolsg. She said he is is a top RLS expert.
Sgurdur is another one who lives in Spain. Use the chat function to message them and ask your question.
