I have had trouble falling asleep since I was in my 20's, I am now 70. RLS didn't start til 5 years ago. Trouble sleeping ebbs and flows for me. The last few weeks have been worse recently. I have always journaled and can't really find a specific change. I have tried just about everything mentioned except the audio books for insomnia. Thankfully I am retired but I do have a busy schedule and spend 3/4 hours at senior center 6 days a week and usually get up at 6 am most days. I appreciate the help I have received on this site and know my RL would never be under control without y'all.
