Iron Bisglycinate

I have deleted my previous post while I contact manufacturers to determine when they sell bottles of iron bisglycinate that say for example 25 mg whether that means 25 mg of iron bisglycinate or 25 mg of elemental iron, so for now ignore my previous post while I explore this and other things that were brought up in the discussion further.

Thanks Sue. Very active of you to contact manufacturers. The answer to your question still will not deal with the uptake issue, but let's first wait and see.
