I took it, this one bulk.com/uk/l-theanine.html. I believe it's a component of green tea and personally I would just take green tea or matcha if you like them because you will get all the nutrients.
I don't think it particularly helped with my RLS. I've personally found Ashwagandha bulk.com/uk/ashwagandha-cap... to be amazing for anxiety and the biggest help of all was simply cutting out caffeinated coffee.
Since doing those two I'm sleeping all night, every night. Before that I tried just about every natural solution I could think of, iron, potassium, magnesium, folate, nothing made a difference.
I do take this on and off - usually when I wake in the middle of the night. Not really a dramatic effect for me. Good tactics here - and he does mention L-Theanine...
The main effect is it is calming. It may help RLS but certainly not much. Type it in the search box above.
It worked perfectly for me for 3 months. I had to up the dose weekly. After 3 months of increasing the dosage, I didn't want to swallow so many pills. but it was my only 3 months of being RLS free.
