Vaginal bleeding with dipyridamole?

Just took my first 50mg pill last night and tonight I am having vaginal bleeding. Could they be related?

Hi,I had to dig quite deep but I did come across some information that dipyridamole/aspirin combination can lead to uterine bleeding. I dont know your age but I do know that any bleeding after the Menopause needs reporting to your doctor..If the bleeding is heavy I would seek urgent medical advice. I hope you soon get this resolved ,take care

Yes it can cause it. And you should stop it. I am so sorry it didn't work out for you.

Hmm. Not much that I have found specifically on this. Mixed with aspirin yes - Aspirin is a stronger anti platelet medication. 50mg is not much of a dose and a very quick occurrence. So not time for a period? How regular are you? How old are you? How bad is your RLS and what else have you tried? Everything is risk:benefit. If you stop it now you will unlikely try it again and Dipyridamole is a promising medication for RLS.

Thanks, all. I actually wrote to one of the researcher doctors and he suggested I needed to be careful, but that he thought I should try it one more night (as the bleeding was minimal and had stopped) and if it bled again, then I should stop.
