Cortisone shot

I have been advised to have a cortisone shot for my shoulder pain. Recently my rls has been so much better due to cutting sugar and alcohol from my diet. I'm still on a very low dose of mirapexin 0.09mgs which I take at 9pm. Every ten days I come off the Mirapexin and take 3 days of tramadol. This routine seems to be holding up well. However I'm scared to take the cortisone injection incase my legs start up badly again. I'd love some advice. I hope everyone can find something which helps them deal with this horrible rls. I've been suffering for many many years

healthunlocked.com/rlsuk/po... found this from some time ago.

It seems to have helped this person's RLS.

I took steroids IV with my MS drug infusion and it didn't make my RLS worse.

Sadly, we react differently, so it may cause a worsening, but it wouldn't last for too long.

I think you'll be fine.
