I've been taking a weekly Alendronic acid tablet plus daily calcium and vit D with no affect on my RLS.

Why should you think that it should affect your RLS? Osteoporrosis is rarely a case of lack of calcium but that the calcium is being deposited in the wrong place. What's contributing to your RLS (sugar, starch and refined seed oils) is also causing cardiovascular damage which is repaired by the body with calcium. Avoiding sugar and taking Vitamin K2-mk7 supplements will help to keep the calcium out of your blood vessels and in your bones. youtu.be/z3njgh2nFRk
