Put clonidine in the search box and at the bottom of results click on filter so only get ones in your communities.

It is on the list of emerging medications. My wife took 1, got a headache ("low BP like in pregnancy") and would not take it. It is used in Tourette's syndrome with physical (and verbal) tics so seems reasonable. My son had it with ADHD and needed a screening ECG first for taking it long term but we give it very frequently to patients pre surgery to reduce BP.

Hi, can you please tell me why the screening ECG was required? My son takes clonidine to help with sleep and focus but hasn't had an ECG in relation to clonidine use.
