I think I’ll ask a pharmacist re taking magnesium and if it’s safe with Apixaban at least I can get to a pharmacist almost impossible to see a GP!

I checked drugs interactions and there were none but certainly it never hurts to check with your pharmacist.
As Sue says.
The British National Formulary for apixaban agrees: 'no interactions found for: Magnesium'
