hello friends,

I am trying LDN for my RLS. And i got the idea that using an app to track how this journey goes would be so helpful to me. Does anyone use an app to track their RLS journey? Recommendations welcome!

Don't know whether either of the suggestions in the following thread would help:healthunlocked.com/rlsuk/po...

thanks so much for trying to help! Sadly that RLS app never got developed. But i did find one i like for ios...it's called manage my pain and so far, so good. It is very user-friendly and you can edit it to suit your own needs very easily

I have used this free app and found it useful.

You can track food, supplements, medication, symptoms etc. So many options. I love it.

thank you for trying to help. I found one called manage my pain for ios that is user-friendly and also you can customize it to suit your specific wishes..here is the catch...the symptoms i want to track are all at night..i did not think of this...but now i am exposing myself to blue night every two hours! And staying awake longer during those episodes...must remember my blue-light glasses at the bedside...😃

OMG this is soooo neat! I just now set it up but haven't started using it yet. I have a question, Moonwalker. Does it automatically input the time of day when you input an event?

It will use the time you put the entry in. However you can change this on the little calendar. I used to change it as I added things at a later time. Glad you like it 😄
