I love my weighted blanket, but it does nothing for my RLS. When the RLS has stopped for an hour or 2 I believe I sleep more deeply and fall asleep more quickly with the blanket.

I totally agree with Randfan. When my symptoms subside it is the very comforting.

Opposite for me. I had a horrible night. I was hot and woke up with leg cramps.

I guess you won't know until you try it. My adult daughter loves hers.

I find that I can’t have anything heavier than a light sheet over my legs so I know it wouldn’t work for me. Hope it works for you!

I found a little relief from my weighted blanket, but it also holds heat, so I can't use it all the time. There ARE cooling blankets, but I haven't tried them yet. Good luck to you 🙂
