Half Sineset

Have been asked to try Half Sineset for RLS Anybody used this ,it is for Parkinson but also used for RLS told to come off Gabapentin and Tramadol ,the Consultant say these make RLS worse bit confused .

Your consultant obviously knows nothing about RLS if s/he thinks they make it worse. I assume you meant Sinemet. It is a dopamine agonist. I thought you said recently your RLS was under control. If so, why change anything unless your Parkinson's is not under control in which case sinemet could help, but I don't think you need to stop gabapentin to add it. I've been taking Tramadol for 15 years (100mg a day) and it works just fine. I know everyone is different but Tramadol works for me.
