Yes I have one. It cost over 100 pounds. Well, to be honest, I haven't noticed anything different in the sensations in my hands and feet. Ever since I started using it. I still dont have any relief and still have all the restless leg symptoms. I dont know if anyone on the forum have had a different result but I feel it was a waste of money.

I bought one some years ago. It didn't help at all, but my partner uses it for his diabetes and it's great for that.

I bought a percussion massager after reading someone's post that it stopped their RLS. It was relatively inexpensive ( £29) but hasn't made any difference to my RLS. However, as we all react differently to meds, diet and gadgets, it may help you.

I think if you have severe RLS then maybe don't waste your money but otherwise, if you can afford it, give it a go.

I have a room full of gadgets/vitamins/supplements that I've bought over the years in the hope they would help. The bar of soap is in there too!

I have used a percussion massager for some years and I don't know what I'd do without it. Of course it doesn't cure RLS but in my case it soothes the symptoms temporarily so I can sleep for a couple of hours before I have to massage again. You need a really heavy one though which cost about £70 or so, not a lightweight. Hope this helps.

This is a UK based site so the vast majority will be from England, Scotland , Wales & N.Ireland but there are members from all over the world which is fantastic.

It’s usually easy to tell from spelling and the use of terms like A&E (UK) or ER(USA).

It’s helpful to find out which meds are available in other countries as well.

The top experts (and most of the research into drug treatments) are in the USA.

I can’t really see how it could help, as my RLS is in my thighs primarily, not my feet or calves and it’s not a circulatory disorder as far as I’m aware. I could see it being a distraction to the symptoms if applied in the right place, but for me feet and calves would make no difference. Probably great for cramp, which a lot of people seem to confuse with RLS.

I bought a deep tissue percussion massager (opove $200 from Amazon) - it is amazing when my legs are going crazy ! I find there a knots and sore spots i wasn’t aware of and it improves blood flow. Definitely relieves the symptoms at home. Still have a major issue driving long distance, and air travel when confined to a small space. It is torture - for me and likely the person next to me !! I was at a work townhall this week and sitting still for 30 mins+ is also awful - it was a very senior exec and had to sit for over an hour cramped together and trying to find ways to move and stretch without drawing attention to myself haha. I have had blood tests and was Vit D and iron deficient so taking supplements - I have seen some minor improvement in RLS since but overall just try and manage day to day as best I can.

Oh how l can relate to everything you are saying. The sitting still for any length of time and trying not to let other people notice you. When inside all you want to do is scream.
