Morning all, those that take 10mg oxycodon do you just take the 10mg once in evening or do you take 5mg and 5mg spaced out in the day??I ask because I am now finding 5mg is not enough!

Generally, with opioids, you will need to spread them out evenly, to avoid mini withdrawals.I started with 5mg originally, but graduated to 10 twice a day, with 5mg to fill in the gap that the Oxycontin variety doesn't cover.(for me personally - since my metabolism seems to cycle meds quite fast)

I was taking it morning & night which was not enough - now taking 2 at night and that is perfect.

I’m on a one 10mg @21:00 and also 75mg pregabalin and it works for me.

I take 2.5 Oxycodone about 5-6pm then again about 8:00. About 10pm I take 5mg Oxycodone and an 25 mg Delta 8 Indica THC gummy. I take 100mg of CBD when I go to bed about 11:30 The first time I wake up (usually about 2am) I take another 2.5. The Oxycodone helps with the restlessness but not the insomnia for which I take the THC and CBD. The “recipe” is a work in progress but works for now. However, I have also had to almost totally cut out alcohol, sugar and carbs (goodbye pasta and pizza etc, 😩 starting in the afternoon. I wish you well in finding what works for you.

Oh no! No glass of wine with pasta!!! But I agree we all have to find what works for us.
