Neupulse device

I've just read on the BBC News website about the Neupulse device which has been developed at Nottingham University to help reduce the twitches of Tourette's sufferers. Would this be of help to those of us with RLS? It's non-invasive and is worn on the wrist like a watch. It interrupts the 'twitch' signals from brain to muscle. To me as a lay person, it sounds hopeful. I'd definitely be up for a trial if such ever goes ahead!

I wonder how different it would be from a TENS unit? I've tried a TENS unit and it didn't help me, unfortunately. 😥
