What cold and flu meds won't cause my Restless Leg Syndrome to flare up? Any good cough meds I can take?

Vicks cough syrup, Robitussin daytime, Guaifenesin - used to treat coughs and congestion and Hycomine (hydrocodone bitartrate and phenylpropanolamine hydrochloride) - for the symptomatic relief of cough and nasal congestion are all OK

Avoid anything that contains Chlorpheniramine Maleate, pseudoephedrine or Diphenhydramine (Benadryl).

stay away fronanything with antihistamine in it. It exacerbates RLS
