The experience on this site is worth a 1000 Amazonian fake reviews.
What's on your mind ?
You name it, I've tried it over the last 10 years. I now have a cupboard full of useless vitamins & supplements. If you have mild, occasional RLS, they might help but, otherwise, save your money.
The only supplement that definitely works for a large number of RLS patients is iron.
A more efffective route is to stop doing damage by avoiding high GI processed foods like white bread, cakes, biscuits, fruit juice and alcohol.

Has anyone tried French maritime pine bark, or are those Google news on restless legs mainly fake, too?
I take Pycnogenol as a cardiac health supplement (fairly expensive). My RLS is now rare thanks to former iron supplements. Most Amazon RLS supplements are a combination of ingredients as mentioned above iron (ferrous bisglycinate) is the best single supplement for RLS (assuming you are iron deficient).
Do you think your improvement in your RLS is only due to the iron, or have you noticed that the pycnogenol has made a difference?
My severe RLS was now a few years ago. It was dramatically severe with perhaps 2 hours sleep (with my legs raised almost vertical!). Not even knowing what I had for a month or more was debilitating. Docs gave me muscle relaxants - no help. I read and read and read on the internet and discovered a home remedy - blackstrap molasses (it contains iron). It actually cut into the RLS and I knew I was on the right track. Johns Hopkins Neurology website confirmed my ferritin level as being low and I eventually took ferrous bisgycinate and my severe RLS was controlled - insomnia remains.
Many unanswered questions - why was I iron deficient - and now I'm not? I attribute it to an un-diagnosed concussion from a ski accident - 8 months prior. The severe RLS was also preceded by severe leg cramps which I still get from time to time.
Pycnogenol may indeed help with venous and arterial insufficiency - but I don't think it's a dramatic change for RLS like iron can be.
I would be very hesitant about buying ANYTHING for RLS from Amazon who are renowned for buying fake reviews. I have found more help on this site than Amazon. But then, I would never think of going to Amazon for things health related.
In general I would agree but after reading another member here, I followed their advice and tried Hyland’s Restless Legs. I was skeptical but have found that when my usual meds aren’t quite cutting it, I pop a couple under my tongue and the RLS sensation goes in a few minutes. Can’t explain but it works for me. I am on Methadone which usually removes all symptoms but if I have had wine or Sucralose etc the Hylands seems to work!! All the best
I also had bought some supplements in Amazon regarding RLS there was one that helped me a little bit but for whatever reason is not there anymore and besides taking gabapentin more for peripheral neuropathy than RLS I just recently found a new supplement in Facebook and in and impulse and desperate I bought it the price was ok and it has iron glycinate with some other ingredient and I was surprised but is working let’s see until when
Is the “Legs Be Still” still working for you?
Before I saw a doctor, I tried Hyland's Restful Legs and it worked for a couple of months until my RLS got worse and then it stopped working and I then saw a doctor. Who, of course, prescribed ropinirole which I augmented on.
