I can tell you it is the ONLY med I have taken - and I have tried them all - that works. I still take a 2mg Neupro patch daily as well. Dry mouth is an issue, and that can accelerate tooth decay. I now get my teeth cleaned every three months.

I totally get it. Methadone is the only thing that works for me. Opioid agonists are often the most effective treatment for patients fortunate enough to be able to get them prescribed. Unfortunately from what I read on here, seems like so many doctors lack the clinical experience and confidence to prescribe them….and when they do it can be such a challenge to find a pharmacy filling to fill the prescription. So glad Buprenorphine works for you!!
