Hi it has been a good couple of years since I was last on here . I suffered terribly from RLS . It had got to the stage where it seemed all over my body too . It was horrendous and I was finding it so hard to cope . I was prescribed pregabalin- 50 mg - 3 times a day. Manerva kindly suggested taking the total of 150 mg at night . I’m not sure if Manerva is still on here ?
My RLS disappeared. I may have the slight twinge but can honestly say the pregabalin worked .
I have other health conditions and have to take pain killers at night if really bad . I can feel so spaced out and it’s really not pleasant but far better than the RLS.
I’m asking if anyone can relate to this feeling too and am wondering is 150 mg of pregabalin a high dose or not ? I don’t want to mess about with changing it back to 3 times a day incase the RLS returns . Can anybody advise . Many thanks 😊

Echoing SueJohnson's comments, 150mg is not a particularly high dose.
I take 300mg nightly and can very much relate to the spaced out feeling that you describe.
I'm not sure what the benefits of splitting the dose would be unless you experience bad RLS in the daytime. Even then, taking it in a split dose may mean you're never getting enough at any one point to be effective.
Hi I remember you too and you also giving excellent advice so I’m really pleased that you are on here still, and thank you for replying so promptly to my question . That’s what I was thinking but just needed confirmation. Thank you so very much and enjoy the rest of your day .
