hi fellow sufferers,can I ask for help.My RLS is unbearable lately, I've been prescribed a nasal spray called Nasonex used to shrink Polyps. I've used it before since nasal Polyps can reoccurim .doing a process of elimination and fell that this spray could be the culprit, I would appreciate any help or advice thankyou.

Yep if I use Sudafex, Sinex, Beconase or Otrivine sprays my RLS is a lot worse too. I only use them now in the morning or latest 3 hours before bed time.

Hi Tease-ah,ta for replying, I'm taking your advice and using the spray in the mornings,hopefully it will lessen the RLS.

A daily magnesium suppliment and 3-4 exercise sessions per week seems to sort mine out.

Hi thenaturist1,thanks for replying, I'm taking Pregablin for a few months now,I really don't feel they are helping to improve the RLS.Im fairly active,going walking, gardening and some exercise, sometimes a very active day causes my RLS to fo crazy.can I ask what time do you take the Magnesium, I bought Magnesium citrate which was quite expensive but if it helps sure nothings to dear.

Of your rls happens on bed then take it before bed.. MYbe you do that already..

Well I must admit I do forget to take it,then I don't think I should take it right before going to bed.I will take it after hours before.
