Has anyone heard of TRE (trauma releasing exercises) by David Berceli? You do shaking exercises to release the wound up tension in your body on a regular basis. Check out the links below. I would be really interested to know if anyone else has had success with TRE and or people who would like a drug free way to resolve the RLS activation.

I would love someone like Lotte to read this and offer a synopsis of the trial. I tried to read it but didn't absorb much. Thanks for posting it. Perhaps others might try to understand it. :)
