My interventional pain specialist has suggested a Nevro hf10 spinal stimulator for treatment of RLS. Has anyone tried this and if so is it successful in relieving RLS symptoms?

Spinal stimulator
I haven't had this done, but when I was seeing a pain doctor awhile back, he also recommended a spinal cord stimulator for me. I am not sure if it is the same kind as you mentioned, but I've always wondered if it would work. You may want to try doing a search in here for spinal cord stimulators as I remember others mentioning their experiences with having them implanted, and it might be helpful for you to talk to them. If you do end up getting it done, please let us know how it works for you. Good luck!
I get RLS in my back as well as my legs. I haven't tried that specific machine. I do find I get a lot of help from the Chi machine which vibrates the legs back and forth. This actually goes right up the body including the head. It seems to stimulate dopamine as I definitely get relief. Therefore I think the principal of vibration helps some people definitely. Hot water bottle on my back also has a good effect so I think some things just interrupt or smooth out the signals which are so uncomfortable.
Sorry for late reply. I had the Nevro HF10 stimulator implanted in Jan 2019 not for RLS but back pain and sciatica. I was praying it would also help with the RLS but unfortunately although I get some pain relief it doesn’t help with RLS. In fact the possibility of over stimulation is pretty high, it’s taken until now to find a program and setting that gives pain relief without over stimulating. Of course this is just my personal experience and there may be others for whom it has helped their RLS.
Wishing you success in finding something that works for you.
