Hi Elsie like you coming off .0880mg pramipexole I cut down from top dose to lowest dose now take 2 tramadol 50mg and 1 low dose pramipexole and find it works well ,peace day and night next step cut out the pramipexole fingers crossed you are in my prayers we all know how hard it is but you can do it ,take the tramadol 9pm and pramipexole 10 pm 1-2 hrs before bed ,good luck god bless

Thanks you’ve done really well, I’m only on day 2 of stopping the 1 tablet and that hasn’t been easy. I’ve found new strategies to help. Progress fell asleep around 2.00am that’s an hour more sleep than yesterday,,
