Is anyone near Longview or Tyler texas or Shreveport Louisiana and have a doc who will do an iron infusion. My ferritin is 42. I’ve seen my primary sleep and neurologist and none will consider an iron infusion

I noticed you inquired about magnesium awhile back, if you are still taking iron tablets and you take magnesium don't take it at same time as iron tablets as it interferes with iron's absorption. Take it at least 2 hours apart.

Dr William Ondo is in Houston, Texas. I hope that is not too far. He is one of the very top specialists in RLS.

Otherwise, have a look at rls.org, they list their quality care centres and other knowledgeable drs.

She meant Duloxetine (Cymbalta). My RLS symptoms went through the roof when I took it. It is an antidepressant that also treats nerve pain and has a 9% chance of increasing RLS symptoms.
