Eating out

I have posted before that it is possible to ask chefs regarding MSG or other flavor enhancers that they might use. I recently went to a Greek restaurant and wanted a gyro but was nervous about the processed meat. I asked the chef whether the meat had MSG and he told me that they had recently changed suppliers and that it used to have MSG but now didn't. I ate and thoroughly enjoyed the gyro without any shaky legs.
