UK based RLS doctors

Does anyone know of any NHS doctors (consultants, etc) who specialise in RLS?

I do have a very short list of consultants that have been recommended by people who are or have been members of this forum. Of course the list is not so reliable as in the past I have mentioned medics to someone who was asking and they had already seen them and it did not go at all well! If you are still interested let me know on your thread or via private message whereabouts you live and I shall have a look for you. Most of the neurologists on my list are London-based.

The ones who are good and actually know about RLS and all associated problems all seem to work privately There is a good consultant near Manchester if that helps. Private but knows his stuff more than most. If you want his name let me know!

Yes Kaarina ...... Dr Johnathan Partridge at Royal Stoke is supposedly clued in but he's the consultant that has cancelled my urgent appt. so I'm not sure he DOES have an understanding of RLS or if he's just read NICE. I'll know at the end of October.
